Agedashi Nasu
air-fried eggplant soaked in dashi stock
Toss sliced eggplants in olive oil and light seasoning. After frying, drop the eggplant into the stock and top with freshly grated daikon.
Ingredients:
• 3 long eggplants
• daikon radish (grated)
Stock:
• water
• dashi powder
• soy sauce
• furikake seasoning
Air Fryer Settings:
375°F
6-8 minutes
If freezing, cook first:
Roast in oven at 425°F
20 – 40 minutes
